Unit 1. Free time

En esta unidad vamos a aprender a decir lo que nos gusta hacer.

Free-time activities:  cooking, playing the guitar, chatting online, skateboarding, watching TV, skiing, playing computer games,riding my bike, riding my scooter.....

 

Structures: What does he/she like doing? He/She likes (skiing). Does he/she like (skiiing)? Yes, he/she does. / No, he/she doesn’t. What do you like doing? I like (skiing). Do you like (playing....)? Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.

Unit 2. Animals

Vocabulary:  giraffe, lion, elephant, crocodile, hippo, monkey....

Animal foods: meat, grass, fruit, leaves

Structures:
What do (giraffes) eat? They eat (leaves). 

Do giraffes eat leaves? Yes, they do. 

Do giraffes eat meat? No, they don’t

(My cat) lives with me.

(Lions) live in (Africa).

We use the present simple to talk about facts, such as animal habits.

Monkeys live in rainforests. They don’t live in the sea.

Do giraffes eat leaves? Yes, they do. 

Do giraffes eat meat? No, they don’t.
